How To Use:
1. Remove cap, then fill ice bag with ice cubes, crushed ice or cold water. Please do no surpass 2/3 capacity of the bag.
2. Dampen the fabric bag in cold water to avoid sticking to the body.
3. Place the bag onto the effected area to improve recovery.
