1. The proper use of self-heating Tourmaline products:
1) First need to clean the skin with a warm wet towel, and use a warm wet towel (not water) shoot at the hot moxibustion surface, and then directly attached to the skin, about 30 minutes the skin gradually feels fever and acupuncture(touch more compact and much better). Use one or two times a day, about 1 hour each time, could not wear when sleep, can also adjust the wearing time and frequency according to people’s own circumstances. 2) When feeling too hot, can taken off the Tourmaline products, the burning sensation will be continue.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
