How to insert and adjust:

Step 1: Prior to insertion, thoroughly wash your hands with warm water using the mild, unscented soap.

Step3: Place a finger on the top rim of the cup and present down into the center of the inside base to form a triangle. This makes the top rim much smaller to insert.With one hand, hold the folded cup firmly.

Step 4: Take a comfortable posture: Standing, sitting or crouching. Relax your vaginal muscles, gently separate the labia, and insert the cup irectly into the vagina. After inserting, make sure the cup is fully expanded. However, continue to insert until stem is even with the vagina opening.

Step 5: Discharge: For your health, please wash your hands thoroughly before discharge the menstruation. .Please discharge in time to avoid the leakage. You have to choose a comfortable position, squeeze the raise dot gently on the stem to open the seal, then the menstruation will discharge, smoothly. Please do not squeeze the stem with strength. Keep the cup inside your body after discharge the menstruation till the end of your period

After your period:
