Introduction to operation:
Assemble the needle: Wash the needle and skin with alcohol, tighten the needle directly into the needle hole and twist it clockwise, and then insert the fine needle into the needle sleeve first, then tighten the needle sleeve clockwise.
Switching machine: Press and hold the (ON/OFF) button for 2 seconds to turn on the screen, the LCD screen will light up to display the battery level and gear position, and then press and hold this button for 2 seconds to shut down. In the power-on state, if there is no operation, it will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.
Select the gear position short press (ON/OFF) key, the gear position is switched by 1-8, select the corresponding gear position, press and hold (OUT) button to work, the green indicator light is on, and the hand is tightly held by the pen body. Gently scan back and forth on the skin. You can’t stay in one place for a long time while working. After 2 minutes of work, it will automatically enter standby mode.
LED lighting: When the power is turned on, double-click (ON/OFF) to turn on the spotlight, double-click this button again to turn off the spotlight.
1. Using a 5V/1A adapter (provided by the user), connect the adapter to the product with a USB charging cable, and the green indicator light flashes.
2. The green indicator light is always on after charging (the charging time is about 2 hours)
Do not charge during product operation, do not overcharge or charge until the battery is exhausted, otherwise it will affect battery life.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
